Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following estimated delivery times:

  • Denmark: 1–3 business days
  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order through the carrier's website.

Customs and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside of Denmark, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues outside our control.
