Return Policy
Right of Return We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order, in accordance with Danish consumer law. Items must be returned unused with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Return
- Send an email to our customer service with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive a return confirmation within 1-3 business days.
- Ship the item back to our address. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges If you'd like a different size or colour, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Exceptions The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original tags
